Debris Captured by Solar-Breeze (minus the frog)
Hi Guys!
Just wanted to share with you a picture of the awesome job my Solar-Breeze did after a windy day.
We went out about 1:30 pm, and got home around 7pm. It was not windy when we left, and I had emptied the Solar-Breeze the previous day. While we were out, a storm came over and the wind got very strong. When we got home I went to check out the pool and was very impressed. I took the picture when emptying the Solar-Breeze, as I couldn’t believe how much junk it had removed from the pool in a matter of hours. I should have taken a picture of the pool as well to show you how clean it was… It even picked up a frog, but he jumped out before I got the camera. LOL

Frugal Swimming Pool Cleaning
A revolutionary approach to pool cleaning is now available which works on the premise that it is cheaper to clean the pool from the surface with free solar energy than from the bottom with expensive electricity.

Messy pools start with debris; leaves, twigs, flowers, grass cuttings, dust, pollens, seeds, pet hair, and garbage being blown into the pool. It mostly floats on the surface for a couple of hours before becoming water-logged and sinking to the bottom where it decomposes. The bacteria brought into the pool by the debris interacts with the organic material, sunlight and water to produce algae growth.
Removing the debris from the surface before it sinks makes all kinds of sense and cents.

Winter Pool Operations in the No Snow Zone
Many Solar-Breeze owners live in the No-Snow Zone. We welcome cooler temperatures but can still have dinner outside by the pool.
Winter brings shorter days, and less direct solar rays. When the sun hits pholtovoltaic panels at an angle of less than 90 degrees, they still function to turn solar energy into an electrical current, however the amount of current produced is less. For the Solar-Breeze, this means shorter operating times as less energy is produced during the day and less charge is available on the battery during the night.

I used to think — “Someone should do something about that.” Then I realized that I am someone.
When it comes to your swimming pool, there are greener options. An average pool which is open year-round consumes enough electricity to create the same carbon footprint as an SUV. Solar Pool Technologies has the mission of introducing inventions to remove the swimming pool from the electrical grid.
Solar energy can be used to clean, heat and sanitize your pool.

Are you ready for fall?
Pine needles, mesquite leaves, bougainvillea, palm flowers, leaves of all sorts....blowing into your pool and mucking it up.
If this mess becomes waterlogged and sinks to the bottom, it will take more energy to clean your pool and more chemicals to rebalance and sanitize it.
This is when Solar-Breeze really shines.

Ancient Egyptians believed that they could protect themselves from evil spirits by watching their cats. Felines could sense the invisible presence and would react to the threat, warning the living people in the home.
Cats can still sense invisible threats. Their senses and their whiskers are more finely attuned to the world around them than yours and mine are.
So, take note when your mouser meows to come in and stretches out on the cool tile floor. He senses the threat of excessive sun and heat and is taking the most sensible action available for a non-swimmer.
